Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 4 liter
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Almonds 100 gm
  • Pistachio 100 gm
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cook 2 liter milk.
  2. When it boils, put lemon juice and close stove.
  3. When milk explode, strain it and waste water.
  4. When cool, crush with hands.
  5. Cook 2 liter milk in separate pot.
  6. When milk is cooked, add ready paneer.
  7. Also put cardamom and salt.
  8. Now dissolve corn flour in milk and add it.
  9. When rabri is thick, close stove and put kewra essence, almonds and pistachios.

Zafrani Paneer Rabri is an Indian & Pakistani Dish with Rich of Sweetness and Flavor of Saffron & Cardamom. It is prepared with Saffron & Paneer and garnished with Almonds and Pistachios.
