Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 4 liter
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Kewra essence few drops
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Almonds 100 gm
- Pistachio 100 gm
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
Method:
- Cook 2 liter milk.
- When it boils, put lemon juice and close stove.
- When milk explode, strain it and waste water.
- When cool, crush with hands.
- Cook 2 liter milk in separate pot.
- When milk is cooked, add ready paneer.
- Also put cardamom and salt.
- Now dissolve corn flour in milk and add it.
- When rabri is thick, close stove and put kewra essence, almonds and pistachios.
Zafrani Paneer Rabri is an Indian & Pakistani Dish with Rich of Sweetness and Flavor of Saffron & Cardamom. It is prepared with Saffron & Paneer and garnished with Almonds and Pistachios.
