Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas 250 grams
- Boiled potatoes 250 grams
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 3-4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion until light brown.
- Now add garlic paste and mix it.
- Then put boiled potato cubes and also put chickpeas.
- Now add red chilies, cumin seeds, tamarind paste, all spice powder and salt.
- Also add water as required and cook until potatoes and chickpeas are mixed together nicely.
- Then put onion seeds and mix it.
- Keep some gravy, take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Aloo Chanay ki Tarkari is Breakfast Dish. It is served with Halwa & Puri. It is prepared with Chickpeas & Potatoes and garnished with Coriander Leaves.
