Ingredients:
- Maida or White flour 1/2 kg
- Ghee 2-3 tbsp
- Baking soda 1 pinch
- Oil for frying
- Salt as required
Method:
- Add baking soda, salt and ghee in maida or white flour and knead with water as required.
- Then make portions and roll like thin thin pooriyan.
- Then heat oil in wok and fry pooriyan.
- Pooriyan is ready.
Pooriyan is deep fried dish. It is eaten in Breakfast or as Snack. It is prepared with Maida or Flour & Soda. It is served with Halwa, Aloo Chanay ki Tarkari or Bhaji.
