Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 300 grams
- Finely chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
- Onion (finely sliced) 2
- Finely chopped green chili 1
- Spring onion few strands
- Finely chopped capsicum 1
- Finely chopped cabbage 1 cup
- Finely chopped cucumber 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Eggs (beaten) 3
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion until golden.
- Now keep tissue on plate and put onion until it absorbs oil.
- Then put garlic, green chili, spring onion, capsicum and all spice powder in this oil and fry it.
- Now add turmeric and roast it.
- Then add capsicum and cucumber and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add beaten eggs and cook until eggs are cooked.
- Now add tomato paste, lemon juice and hot chili sauce and cook until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Then put boiled rice, coriander leaves and black pepper, mix it nicely and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Then take out in dish and garnish with crispy onions.
