Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 300 grams
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Corn flour as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put soya sauce, lemon juice, Chinese salt, black pepper and salt in mixing bowl and marinate chicken with it.
  2. Then coat marinated chicken with corn flour, then eggs and bread crumbs.
  3. Then heat oil and fry chicken.
  4. Then garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.

Chef Gulzar has made Butterfly Chicken with New Style. It is prepared with Chicken, Black Pepper, coated with Bread Crumbs and serve with Sauce or Ketchup.
