Hoisin Prawns by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Prawns 300 grams
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Cauliflower 1
- Mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Chicken cube 1
- Chinese salt 1 pinch
- Corn flour 1 cup
- Spring onion 2-3 strands
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- Boiled red kidney beans 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
Method:
- For hoisin sauce: Heat oil in pan and fry 1 onion.
- Now put red kidney beans, garlic and onion in blender and make paste.
- Coat prawns with salt and corn flour, fry it and keep it aside.
- Then stir 1 onion and ginger.
- Now add mushrooms and cauliflower and stir it.
- Then add black pepper, hoisin sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, Chinese salt and salt and mix it.
- Then add chicken cube and water as required and cook it.
- Now add corn flour and cook until mixture is thick.
- Then mix prawns, garnish with spring onion and serve.
Hoisin Prawns is Chinese Cuisine, prepared with Prawns, coated with Flour, garnished with Spring Onion and served with Hoisin Sauce.
