Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Lemons 3
- Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
- Red chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash mutton and put in bowl.
- Now mix remaining ingredients except oil for 30 minutes.
- Now skew on skewers and foment it or put oil in grill and foment it.
- When water dries, brush with some oil.
- Delicious mutton tikka masala is ready.
Mutton Tikka Masala is Popular Dish in Pakistan. It is specially eaten in Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan. Without this Dish, Eid is not completed. It is BBQ or Grilled and served with Raita.
