Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 3
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
  • Red chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash mutton and put in bowl.
  2. Now mix remaining ingredients except oil for 30 minutes.
  3. Now skew on skewers and foment it or put oil in grill and foment it.
  4. When water dries, brush with some oil.
  5. Delicious mutton tikka masala is ready.

Mutton Tikka Masala is Popular Dish in Pakistan. It is specially eaten in Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan. Without this Dish, Eid is not completed. It is BBQ or Grilled and served with Raita.
