Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Water 2 cups
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Cashew nut ground 15
  • Melon seeds 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup

Method:

  1. Boil onion with green chilies, salt and white pepper in water.
  2. Now blend all ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in handi and fry onion paste for 10 minutes.
  4. Now put chicken cubes with black pepper, ginger garlic, salt, cumin, all spice and yogurt, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
  5. Then add cashew nuts, melon seeds, butter, cream and chopped green chilies and simmer it.

White Makhni Handi is Delicious & Tasty Dish. It is Popular Dish in Pakistan. People eat this dish, usually in Night. Butter & Cream gives extra flavor in this dish. It is served with Naan & Raita.
