Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Water 2 cups
- Green chilies 3
- Salt to taste
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Butter 2 oz
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Cashew nut ground 15
- Melon seeds 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
Method:
- Boil onion with green chilies, salt and white pepper in water.
- Now blend all ingredients.
- Heat oil in handi and fry onion paste for 10 minutes.
- Now put chicken cubes with black pepper, ginger garlic, salt, cumin, all spice and yogurt, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
- Then add cashew nuts, melon seeds, butter, cream and chopped green chilies and simmer it.
