Ingredients:

  • Sweet sugar biscuits 1/2 packet
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk 1/4 tin
  • Mango pulp 1/2 cup
  • Mango pieces 1/2 cup
  • Cream 100 gm
  • Egg white 1
  • Mango jelly 1 packet

Method:

  1. Crush biscuits and mix crumbs with butter.
  2. Now spread in punch up pan.
  3. Heat cream, add warm gelatin with condensed milk, mango pieces, mango pulp and egg white.
  4. Now put this mixture on biscuit base.
  5. Then keep in fridge.
  6. When mixture is set, dissolve mango jelly and put on it.

Mango Jelly Cream is New Variety of Dessert. It is Delicious & Dessert Lover Dish. It is served Chilled.
