Ingredients:
- Sweet sugar biscuits 1/2 packet
- Butter 2 oz
- Gelatin 1 tsp
- Condensed milk 1/4 tin
- Mango pulp 1/2 cup
- Mango pieces 1/2 cup
- Cream 100 gm
- Egg white 1
- Mango jelly 1 packet
Method:
- Crush biscuits and mix crumbs with butter.
- Now spread in punch up pan.
- Heat cream, add warm gelatin with condensed milk, mango pieces, mango pulp and egg white.
- Now put this mixture on biscuit base.
- Then keep in fridge.
- When mixture is set, dissolve mango jelly and put on it.
Mango Jelly Cream is New Variety of Dessert. It is Delicious & Dessert Lover Dish. It is served Chilled.
