Beef Korma by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Beef 1 kg
- Yogurt 375 gm
- Oil 1 cup
- Fried onion 1 cup
- Finely chopped ginger & green chilies as required
- Bay leaf 1
- Cardamom 6
- Kewra essence few drops
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
- Tatri 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coconut powder 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Grind cumin, black pepper, coconut powder and nutmeg in grinder.
- Now take out in bowl, put turmeric, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cardamom, bay leaf, tatri and kewra essence and mix it nicely.
- Then mix in mutton, yogurt and onion and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then heat oil, put meat, cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
- When meat tender, add water as required.
- When 2-3 boils comes, put green chilies and ginger.
