Ingredients:
- Plain flour 2 cup
- Sugar powder 2 cup
- Butter 100 gm
- Water 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Butter milk 1/2 cup
- Baking soda 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Coconut 1/2 cup
For Frosting:
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Milk 6 tbsp
- Sugar powder 2 cup
- Coconut 2 tbsp
Method:
- Beat butter, sugar, butter milk, water and oil nicely.
- Now add eggs and vanilla essence and beat it lightly.
- Then put flour, baking soda and coconut and fold it.
- Then grease 13 inch cooking tray and put mixture.
- Then bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- For frosting: Beat butter, milk and sugar.
- Now cool cake, spread frosting, sprinkle coconut and serve.
Coconut Sheet Cake is Different Variety of Dessert. It is commonly made in Boxed Cake Mixes.
