Ingredients:

  • Plain flour 2 cup
  • Sugar powder 2 cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Coconut 1/2 cup

For Frosting:

  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Milk 6 tbsp
  • Sugar powder 2 cup
  • Coconut 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Beat butter, sugar, butter milk, water and oil nicely.
  2. Now add eggs and vanilla essence and beat it lightly.
  3. Then put flour, baking soda and coconut and fold it.
  4. Then grease 13 inch cooking tray and put mixture.
  5. Then bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  6. For frosting: Beat butter, milk and sugar.
  7. Now cool cake, spread frosting, sprinkle coconut and serve.

Coconut Sheet Cake is Different Variety of Dessert. It is commonly made in Boxed Cake Mixes.
