Ingredients:

  • Butter 8 ounces
  • Caster sugar 8 ounces
  • Flour 12 ounces
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt quarter tsp
  • Banana essence 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 6 ounces
  • Eggs 4 separated
  • Bananas 4 mashed
  • Walnut chopped 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Beat butter and add sugar gradually gradually.
  2. Now put egg yolks and beat until creamy.
  3. Then add banana essence, bananas and yogurt.
  4. Then beat egg whites.
  5. Now sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda in separate bowl and fold in mixture.
  6. Leave little flour, mix in walnuts and then fold it.
  7. Now put in greased tin and bake on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve with thin custard or cream.
