Ingredients:

  • Ghee 8 ounces
  • Caster sugar 6 ounces
  • Egg 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Flour 1/2 ounces

Method:

  1. Beat ghee with sugar and vanilla essence.
  2. Now put egg and mix it nicely.
  3. Then gold in sieved flour, mix it lightly, fill biscuit maker, make various shapes, keep on cookie tray and bake on 190 degrees C for 12 – 15 minutes.

Danish Cookies is a Small, Flat & Sweet Baked Treat and it is usually served at Tea Time. It is made in Bakeries or Home. It is also with Milk or Coffee.
