Ingredients:
- Ghee 8 ounces
- Caster sugar 6 ounces
- Egg 1
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Flour 1/2 ounces
Method:
- Beat ghee with sugar and vanilla essence.
- Now put egg and mix it nicely.
- Then gold in sieved flour, mix it lightly, fill biscuit maker, make various shapes, keep on cookie tray and bake on 190 degrees C for 12 – 15 minutes.
Danish Cookies is a Small, Flat & Sweet Baked Treat and it is usually served at Tea Time. It is made in Bakeries or Home. It is also with Milk or Coffee.
