Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves 2 cup
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Cream 1-1/4 cup
  • Sugar 2/3 cup
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chocolate 4 oz

Method:

  1. Wash mint leaves, strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Then put milk, cream and sugar in saucepan and mix it.
  3. Now cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves, stir it continuously and remove from stove with in boils.
  4. Now put mint in hot milk.
  5. Then cover it for 25 minutes.
  6. Now strain it and take out leaves.
  7. Mix 2 tbsp milk and corn flour.
  8. Now add in mint milk mixture and mix it.
  9. Then put again in saucepan and cook until it boils and thick.
  10. Now remove from stove.
  11. Now mix cream cheese and salt.
  12. Then put in hot milk mixture and mix it nicely.
  13. Then cover and cool in fridge.
  14. When ice cream cools, cut chocolate into small small pieces and keep in fridge.
  15. When set, put chocolates pieces and mix it.


Mint Ice Cream is New Variety of Ice Cream. It is Delicious & Strong Flavor Of Mint.
