Salsa Fish Spaghetti by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 100 gm
  • Tomatoes finely chopped 2
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Pitted black olives 2 tbsp
  • Chopped red chili 1
  • Lemon juice half lemon
  • Shredded basil leaves 4 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Sardines 1 can

Method:

  1. Boil spaghetti in hot salted water with little oil.
  2. Drain, rinse under cold water to cool, then drain well.
  3. Mix tomatoes with onion, olives, red chili, lemon juice, basil and oregano.
  4. Toss spaghetti well with tomato mixture.
  5. Add sardines in chunky pieces, season with lemon juice, pepper and little oil from can.

Salsa Fish Spaghetti is Different Spaghetti Recipe. It has flavors of Salsa & Sardines.
