Salsa Fish Spaghetti by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti 100 gm
- Tomatoes finely chopped 2
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Pitted black olives 2 tbsp
- Chopped red chili 1
- Lemon juice half lemon
- Shredded basil leaves 4 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Sardines 1 can
Method:
- Boil spaghetti in hot salted water with little oil.
- Drain, rinse under cold water to cool, then drain well.
- Mix tomatoes with onion, olives, red chili, lemon juice, basil and oregano.
- Toss spaghetti well with tomato mixture.
- Add sardines in chunky pieces, season with lemon juice, pepper and little oil from can.
