Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken thigh 500 gm
Marinate Ingredients:
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Cloves 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
- Oregano 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg 1 pinch
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
Method:
- Mix all marinate ingredients except oil, blend for 1 minute and cut chicken into cubes.
- Then marinate chicken in bowl, sprinkle olive oil, cover it and keep in fridge.
- Now keep chicken on grill, cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes and serve hot with garlic sauce.
Turkish Kebab is Delicious Turkish Dish. It is prepared with Chicken and served with Ketchup or Sauce.
