Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Puff pastries as required
- Red onion 1
- Cream cheese 8 oz
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Fresh mushrooms 1 cup
- Parsley 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Potato 1
Method:
- Mariante chicken with all masalay.
- Heat oil and butter in frying pan, fry chicken breast nicely and take out in plate.
- Then put onion, garlic and mushrooms in this oil, saute until onion tender and stir it.
- Cut puff pastry into 7 inch pieces, put chicken breast on top of puff pastry and bake on 375 degrees C.
- Top with mushroom and onion mixture, grease baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In end, serve hot with mushroom sauce.
