Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Puff pastries as required
  • Red onion 1
  • Cream cheese 8 oz
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Fresh mushrooms 1 cup
  • Parsley 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Potato 1

Method:

  1. Mariante chicken with all masalay.
  2. Heat oil and butter in frying pan, fry chicken breast nicely and take out in plate.
  3. Then put onion, garlic and mushrooms in this oil, saute until onion tender and stir it.
  4. Cut puff pastry into 7 inch pieces, put chicken breast on top of puff pastry and bake on 375 degrees C.
  5. Top with mushroom and onion mixture, grease baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. In end, serve hot with mushroom sauce.
