Papaya Salad by Junil

Ingredients:
- Cherry tomato 4-5
- Red chili pepper 2 tsp
- Fish sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Pasta as required
- Green beans boiled 6
- Green papaya 2 cups
- Brown sugar 1/2 tbsp
- Green lemon 1
- Salted toasted peanuts 1/2 cup
- Cucumber 1
- Carrot 1
- Small prawns 250 gm
- Coriander leaves as required
Method:
- Cook beans on medium flame until crispy and tender and cut into 2 inch pieces.
- Add peanuts, garlic and prawns in frying pan and saute it.
- Then put peeled green papaya, cucumber and carrot in hamam dasta and crush it.
- Then add tomatoes, red chili pepper, garlic, prawns, brown sugar, coriander leaves, lemon juice and pasta and mix it nicely.
- Now put mixture in bowl, keep in fridge for a while and serve chill.
