Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
- Coriander leaves 2 bunch
- Egg 1
- Bread slices 2
- Green chilies 8
- Gram flour 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix coriander leaves and green chilies and make chutney.
- Roast gram flour in oil or ghee.
- Cut edges of bread slices and mix in beef mince.
- Also add chutney and grind in chopper.
- Now mix mint leaves, salt, seekh kabab masala, roasted gram flour, egg, fresh cream and papaya paste and keep it for a while.
- Then make seekh kabab, shallow fry it and fry on both sides nicely.
- Serve haryali kabab with roti or parathay.
