Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cups
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 3/4 tsp
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/4 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  • Chocolate spread 13 oz

Method:

  1. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan with flour.
  2. Now mix flour, baking powder and salt together and keep it aside.
  3. Then beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Now add eggs one by one.
  5. Then add vanilla essence.
  6. Then divide flour mixture into 3 parts and beat with light hands.
  7. Now put 1/3 part of batter in pan and put half part of chocolate spread.
  8. Repeat this step for remaining mixture and chocolate spread.
  9. Now spread chocolate spread slowly with knife and do not over mix.
  10. Then keep in oven and bake on 180 degrees C for 1 hour or bake until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Now keep cake on pan and cool for 15 minutes.
  12. Then keep cake on wire rack and cool it completely.
  13. Then cut cake into slices and serve.
