Chocolate Spread Bread by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2 cups
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder 3/4 tsp
- Butter 1 cup
- Sugar 1-1/4 cup
- Eggs 4
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Chocolate spread 13 oz
Method:
- Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan with flour.
- Now mix flour, baking powder and salt together and keep it aside.
- Then beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Now add eggs one by one.
- Then add vanilla essence.
- Then divide flour mixture into 3 parts and beat with light hands.
- Now put 1/3 part of batter in pan and put half part of chocolate spread.
- Repeat this step for remaining mixture and chocolate spread.
- Now spread chocolate spread slowly with knife and do not over mix.
- Then keep in oven and bake on 180 degrees C for 1 hour or bake until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Now keep cake on pan and cool for 15 minutes.
- Then keep cake on wire rack and cool it completely.
- Then cut cake into slices and serve.
