Ingredients:
For Sajji:
- Whole chicken 1
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
For Rice:
- Boiled rice 750 gm
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Fried potatoes 1/2 kg
- Green onion 250 gm
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped fennel seed 2 tsp
- Star anise 1/2 tsp
- Fried onion 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup'
- Mixed dry fruits 1 cup
Method:
- For sajji: Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 1 hour.
- Now put in pot, cover it and cook on low flame.
- When it tender nicely, take it out.
- Then put rice, black pepper, salt, green onion, green chilies, fennel seeds and star anise in this bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now keep chicken on it.
- Put milk and fried onion and simmer it for 15 minutes.
- Then take out in dish, put dry fruits and fried potatoes and serve.
Sajji Pulao is New & Delicious Recipe. It is easy recipe to make at home. It can be served when your guest comes at your home.
