Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Onion paste 1
- Tomato paste 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Heat oil and fry cumin.
- Now put onion paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Also put tomato paste, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, cream, ginger garlic paste and kasoori methi and roast it nicely.
- Then add chicken, cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Then close stove and sprinkle coriander leaves.
Kasuri Murgh is Delicious Dish. It has Flavor of Kasuri Methi & Cream. It is prepared with Boneless Chicken. It is served with Raita & Naan.
