Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Onion paste 1
  • Tomato paste 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry cumin.
  2. Now put onion paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Also put tomato paste, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, cream, ginger garlic paste and kasoori methi and roast it nicely.
  4. Then add chicken, cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  5. Then close stove and sprinkle coriander leaves.

Kasuri Murgh is Delicious Dish. It has Flavor of Kasuri Methi & Cream. It is prepared with Boneless Chicken. It is served with Raita & Naan.
