Ingredients:
- Eggplants 3
- Beef mince 250 gm
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Raw onion paste 2
- Chopped onions 2
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Salt to taste
- Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Lemon juice as required
Method:
- Roast eggplants on stove and blend with little water.
- Now heat oil in pot, fry chopped onions golden brown, take it out and spread so that it becomes crisp.
- Then put raw onion paste and do light pink.
- Now put beef mince, turmeric, red chili powder and turmeric, roast it lightly and put eggplants.
- Then put green chilies, tamarind paste, salt, cumin and lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Then put fried onion and mint leaves and serve.
Bhartay Wala Keema is Delicious Dish. It has flavor of Eggplants. It is made in Bharta style.
