Moroccan Fish Curry by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Flour as required
- Oil as required
- Bay leaf 1
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Garlic cloves 2-3
- Tomato puree 2
- Harissa paste 2 tbsp
- Black & green olives chopped few
- Lemon juice, Rice or Couscous to serve
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt, black pepper and some flour, put in pan, fry until golden and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in pan, add bay leaf, onion and garlic and cook until raw smell finish and color of onion changes.
- Then add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add harissa paste, water and salt, cover it and cook on low flame.
- Now cook pan fish pieces with olives.
- Then sprinkle lemon juice and serve with rice and couscous.
