Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour as required
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into thick thick slices.
  2. Now boil it for 1-2 minutes in hot water, take it out and dry it.
  3. Then mix in corn flour and strain it.
  4. Then heat oil in pan and fry potatoes.
  5. Then take it out, sprinkle garlic powder and salt, mix it and serve it.

Garlic Fries is a Deep Fried Potato. It is usually served with Fast Food or Steak. It can be served as Appetizers or Snacks.
