Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Corn flour as required
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel potatoes and cut into thick thick slices.
- Now boil it for 1-2 minutes in hot water, take it out and dry it.
- Then mix in corn flour and strain it.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry potatoes.
- Then take it out, sprinkle garlic powder and salt, mix it and serve it.
Garlic Fries is a Deep Fried Potato. It is usually served with Fast Food or Steak. It can be served as Appetizers or Snacks.
