Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2-3
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash potatoes, clean it, cut into pieces, fry it and keep it aside.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- Now roast ginger garlic paste in it.
- Then add turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper, cumin, all spice powder, onion seeds, salt and green chilies, put potatoes and cook it.
- Now simmer it on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Aloo Ki Bhujiya is Easy & Simple Recipe. It can be served in Breakfast or as Light Meal. It can also be served with Roti or Paratha.
