Ingredients:

  • Green chilies 250 gm
  • Yogurt 100 gm
  • Chaat masala 4 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take out seeds of green chilies and mark cut.
  2. Now put salt and chaat masala in yogurt and make mixture.
  3. Then fill this mixture in green chilies and keep in sun for 4-5 days.
  4. Keep malmal cloth on it.
  5. Then heat oil in wok, fry green chilies, take it out and serve.
