Ingredients:
- Green chilies 250 gm
- Yogurt 100 gm
- Chaat masala 4 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take out seeds of green chilies and mark cut.
- Now put salt and chaat masala in yogurt and make mixture.
- Then fill this mixture in green chilies and keep in sun for 4-5 days.
- Keep malmal cloth on it.
- Then heat oil in wok, fry green chilies, take it out and serve.
