Ingredients:

  • Fried & round bitter gourd 1 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Chopped cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 2 tsp
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until red.
  2. Now put tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic, coriander, cumin, dry fenugreek, turmeric and tamarind juice and roast it.
  3. Then put bitter gourd and cook more.
  4. Then simmer it for 10 minutes and put green chilies and green onion.
