Ingredients:
- Fried & round bitter gourd 1 kg
- Onion 2
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Chopped coriander 1 tsp
- Chopped cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Dry fenugreek 2 tsp
- Green onion 250 gm
- Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until red.
- Now put tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic, coriander, cumin, dry fenugreek, turmeric and tamarind juice and roast it.
- Then put bitter gourd and cook more.
- Then simmer it for 10 minutes and put green chilies and green onion.
