Paneer Sabzi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese cubes 2 packet
  • Finely chopped green chilies 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 1 bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped capsicum 2
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry capsicum slightly.
  2. Now put green chilies.
  3. Then put tomato paste, salt and chili garlic sauce and cook it lightly.
  4. Then heat 2 tbsp oil in other frying pan, fry cheese cubes and put in masalay.
  5. Put black pepper and ginger and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Paneer sabzi is ready.

Paneer Sabzi is Healthy & Delicious Dish. It is very popular North Indian Dish.
