Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese cubes 2 packet
- Finely chopped green chilies 6
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1 bowl
- Salt to taste
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped capsicum 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry capsicum slightly.
- Now put green chilies.
- Then put tomato paste, salt and chili garlic sauce and cook it lightly.
- Then heat 2 tbsp oil in other frying pan, fry cheese cubes and put in masalay.
- Put black pepper and ginger and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Paneer sabzi is ready.
