Ingredients:
- Undercut slices 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Capsicum cubes 1
- Chopped carrot 1
- Chopped onion 1
- Cabbage 8 oz
- Chopped green onion 1
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1/4 cup
- Hoision sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mariante undercut with salt, white pepper, 2 tbsp corn flour, soya sauce and egg and deep fry it.
- Now heat oil and put garlic.
- Then add remaining ingredients.
- When it boils, put 1 tbsp corn flour paste.
- Now put fried undercut and take it out.
