Sliced Beef With Vegetables by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Undercut slices 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Cabbage 8 oz
  • Chopped green onion 1
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1/4 cup
  • Hoision sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mariante undercut with salt, white pepper, 2 tbsp corn flour, soya sauce and egg and deep fry it.
  2. Now heat oil and put garlic.
  3. Then add remaining ingredients.
  4. When it boils, put 1 tbsp corn flour paste.
  5. Now put fried undercut and take it out.
