Ingredients:
- Bakarkhani 250 gm
- Pistachio slice 2 tbsp
- Almond slice 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Cream 2 cup
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Boil milk with sugar.
- Now grease baking dish with butter.
- Then spread bakarkhani and cover dish base.
- When milk boils, put on bakarkhani and dissolve it for 10-15 minutes.
- Now put cream.
- Then sprinkle almond and pistachio, bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes and serve hot.
