Ingredients:
- Milk 1/2 liter
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Cream 3 cups or 2 packet
- Eggs separated 3
- Sugar 1 cup
- Gelatin powder 2-3 tbsp
For Crunch:
- Almonds 100 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
Method:
- Boil milk.
- When it boils, cool it.
- Now add egg yolks and cook on low flame.
- Then dissolve flour in milk, add in boiled milk and whisk it.
- Also put sugar.
- Now dissolve gelatin powder in water.
- Then add egg whites.
- Then cool milk, add gelatin powder and egg whites and beat with batter.
- Now add cream, fold it and set in bowl.
- When serve, put almonds crunch.
- For crunch: Mix almonds and sugar in pan and cook until crunch.
- When it is ready, take out in steel grease plate and cool it.
- When cooled, crush it and keep it.
