Ingredients:

  • Lasagna sheets 1 packet
  • Chicken boneless 500 gm
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Chopped mushrooms 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot 1 cup
  • Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 500 gm
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 6 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Mix herb 1 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Low fat milk 4 cups
  • Flour 4-5 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Golden brown ginger garlic paste in oil.
  2. Now add chicken, vegetables, salt, red chilies, soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, oregano and mixed herb and cook until chicken tender.
  3. For white sauce: Cook butter and flour in other pan.
  4. Now add milk, white pepper, Chinese salt, salt and chicken powder and cook on low flame until thick.
  5. Then make layer of chicken and white sauce on lasagna sheets, put mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, bake on 180 degrees C until golden brown and serve.
