Ingredients:
- Lasagna sheets 1 packet
- Chicken boneless 500 gm
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped mushrooms 1 cup
- Chopped carrot 1 cup
- Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- Chopped tomatoes 500 gm
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Chili sauce 6 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese 2 cup
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Mix herb 1 tbsp
For White Sauce:
- Low fat milk 4 cups
- Flour 4-5 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Method:
- Golden brown ginger garlic paste in oil.
- Now add chicken, vegetables, salt, red chilies, soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, oregano and mixed herb and cook until chicken tender.
- For white sauce: Cook butter and flour in other pan.
- Now add milk, white pepper, Chinese salt, salt and chicken powder and cook on low flame until thick.
- Then make layer of chicken and white sauce on lasagna sheets, put mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, bake on 180 degrees C until golden brown and serve.
