Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted crushed cumin 1/2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg 3
  • Oil for frying (as required)

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and mash it.
  2. Now mix black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice, cumin and green chilies and make small small rolls.
  3. Now beat eggs in bowl, mix corn flour and rice flour and mix it nicely.
  4. Then heat oil in wok, dip balls in eggs, put in wok and fry until golden.
  5. In end, serve with tamarind chutney.
