Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Lemons 2
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Salt to taste
- Roasted crushed cumin 1/2 tbsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Egg 3
- Oil for frying (as required)
Method:
- Peel potatoes and mash it.
- Now mix black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice, cumin and green chilies and make small small rolls.
- Now beat eggs in bowl, mix corn flour and rice flour and mix it nicely.
- Then heat oil in wok, dip balls in eggs, put in wok and fry until golden.
- In end, serve with tamarind chutney.
