Ingredients:

  • Khoya 750 gm
  • Water 1 cup
  • Green cardamoms 8
  • Pistachios (finely chopped) 20
  • Almonds (finely chopped) 20
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix flour and khoya nicely and knead it.
  2. Now mix cardamoms and sugar, grind it and mix in 1/2 tsp khoya.
  3. Put 1/2 tsp grinded cardamom, water and sugar in pot and make syrup.
  4. Then make small small round tikkiyan of khoya and fry it slightly.
  5. When golden, take it out and put in syrup.
  6. Then put almonds and pistachios and serve it.

Khoye Ki Mithai is Delightful Dessert. It is Different Dessert.
