Ingredients:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander 4 tbsp
  • Pizza dough as required
  • Ghee as required

Method:

  1. Mix garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili paste, green chilies, coriander and onion in mince.
  2. Now make 2 balls of knead dough and roll rotiyan.
  3. Then spread beaten egg on 1 roti and put keema masala.
  4. Put second roti on it and roll with light hands.
  5. Then spread remaining egg and ghee and bake on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Paratha naan is ready.
