Ingredients:
- Mince 250 gm
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Egg 1
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander 4 tbsp
- Pizza dough as required
- Ghee as required
Method:
- Mix garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili paste, green chilies, coriander and onion in mince.
- Now make 2 balls of knead dough and roll rotiyan.
- Then spread beaten egg on 1 roti and put keema masala.
- Put second roti on it and roll with light hands.
- Then spread remaining egg and ghee and bake on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
- Paratha naan is ready.
