Ingredients:
- Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Onion slice 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Whole black cumin 1 tsp
- Flour wheat 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
- Capsicum cubes 2
- Tomato cubes 2
- Small onion 10-12
Method:
- Put ginger garlic, 1/2 cup water, chicken, oil, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and onion in crock, cover it and cook until water dries.
- Now fry it, put onion, capsicum and tomato and stir it.
- Then mix wheat with 1 cup water and add it.
- When oil comes up, put black cumin, cook for 5 minutes and take it out.
