Ingredients:

  • Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Onion slice 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Whole black cumin 1 tsp
  • Flour wheat 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Tomato cubes 2
  • Small onion 10-12

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic, 1/2 cup water, chicken, oil, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and onion in crock, cover it and cook until water dries.
  2. Now fry it, put onion, capsicum and tomato and stir it.
  3. Then mix wheat with 1 cup water and add it.
  4. When oil comes up, put black cumin, cook for 5 minutes and take it out.
