Zafrani Mutton Korma by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 750 gm
- Ghee 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 3 tsp
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
- Mace powder 1/4 tsp
- Cloves 6-8
- Black pepper 8-10
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan, put 1/2 cup water, yogurt, mutton, ginger garlic, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, clove, black pepper and red chili powder and cook until it tender.
- Then add remaining ingredients and simmer it.
- Now serve with taftaan.
Zafrani Mutton Korma is Common Dish of Pakistan and it has taste of Saffron.
