Ingredients:
- Eggs 6
- Caster sugar 6 oz
- Flour 4 oz
- Coco powder 2 oz
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For Icing:
- Whipped fresh cream 12 oz
- Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
- Cherries for decoration
- Grated chocolate for decoration
Method:
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Now add vanilla essence and fold in flour and coco powder mixture.
- Then spread on greased paper line Swiss roll tray and bake on 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- Now take it out in sugar spread napkin, spread fresh cream, put cherries and roll it.
- Then roll with napkin and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Now take it out, decorate with cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate and cherries and serve.
