Ingredients:
For Flan:
- Butter 6 oz
- Sugar 6 oz
- Eggs 3
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Mix fruit flan 1 tin
For Vanilla Cream:
- Milk 2 cup
- Caster sugar 2 oz
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
Method:
- For vanilla cream: Put milk, caster sugar, vanilla essence and corn flour in saucepan, mix it and cook until thick.
- Then stir it nicely, take it out and cool it.
- For flan: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Now add eggs and beat it nicely.
- Then fold in sieved flour mixture and put vanilla essence.
- Now grease 9 inch flan tin and spread mixture.
- Then bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes till light golden.
- Now take it out and cool on platter.
- Then put fruit syrup in center and spread vanilla cream.
- Now decorate with fruit tin and fresh cream.
Fruit Flan is a Sponge Cake filled with Sweet Filling. It is Dessert Dish. It is Baked in Oven and served Chilled.
