Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1 kg
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- French beans 1 cup
- Carrot 1
- Onion 1
- Green onion 2
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Cut beef into lengthwise, fry in oil and take it out.
- Now fry mushroom, beans, carrot, onion and green onion in remaining oil and take it out.
- Then put ginger garlic, fry it slightly and add stock.
- Now put soya sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, salt, black pepper and oyster sauce.
- Then put fried beef and vegetables.
- When it boils, dissolve corn flour in little water and add it.
- Mongolian beef is ready.
