Spicy Daal Palak by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Moong daal 1 cup
- Red masoor daal 1 cup
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 250 gm
For Tarka:
- Curry leaves 10
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
Method:
- Wash both lentils and spinach and cook on low flame.
- When it tender, put red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and tomatoes and swot it.
- Then put green chilies.
- Then close stove and add cream.
- Then heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put curry leaves, cumin and garlic.
- Then give tarka to daal and serve.
Spicy Daal Palak is Spicy, Delicious and Healthy Dish. It can be served as Light and meal and served with Rice or Roti.
