Spicy Pasta Masala by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Pasta (any kind) 1 packet
  • Sausages 4 sliced
  • Onions 1 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Green bell pepper 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Taara chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil paste with oil and salt in pot until soft, strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Then heat oil in pan, add green chilies, onion and salt and fry it.
  3. Now add garlic and green bell pepper, fry more and add tomatoes.
  4. Then add red chili powder, garam masala, taara chaat masala and boiled pasta and serve.

Chef Tahir Chaudhry has made Spicy Pasta Masala with His Own Style. It is prepared with Sausages, Tomatoes and Chaat Masala.
