Meat Balls Spaghetti by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Meat balls as required
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped tomatoes 2-3
- Finely chopped garlic 5-6
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Spaghetti:
- Spaghetti 1/2 cup
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For spaghetti: Put spaghetti in hot water, put oil and boil for 10 minutes.
- Then take it out and put in cold water.
- When spaghetti is cool, take it out, keep in plate and put oil.
- Now heat oil in pan and saute onion.
- Now add tomatoes, garlic, black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
- Then add stock, mix it and cook until sauce is thick.
- When sauce is thick, add cheese.
- When cheese is mixed, add meat balls and take out in dish.
- Sauce is ready.
- Put spaghetti in big serving bowl and put meat balls.
- Then put sauce and serve.
