Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Butter 4-5 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Milk to knead
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1 pinch
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Add flour, baking powder and butter in bowl and rub it gently until it resembles bread crumbs.
  2. Now add salt, sugar, coriander leaves, cumin seeds green chili paste and milk.
  3. Knead it to stiff dough.
  4. Flour surface and roll dough thin.
  5. Cut with cookie cutter into desired shapes.
  6. Prick biscuits with fork to avoid puffing up.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Once taken out of oven, biscuits are soft, when cooled down they become crispy.

Kharee Biscuit is a Baked Biscuits. It is served as Snack or at Tea Time. It is prepared with Flour and you can make at home.
