Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Butter 4-5 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Milk to knead
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 1 pinch
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Add flour, baking powder and butter in bowl and rub it gently until it resembles bread crumbs.
- Now add salt, sugar, coriander leaves, cumin seeds green chili paste and milk.
- Knead it to stiff dough.
- Flour surface and roll dough thin.
- Cut with cookie cutter into desired shapes.
- Prick biscuits with fork to avoid puffing up.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
- Once taken out of oven, biscuits are soft, when cooled down they become crispy.
