Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Mint 15 leaves
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put mince, mint leaves, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, cream, red chili, all spice and ginger garlic paste in food processor and grind it nicely.
  2. Now skew mixture on seekh and grill it or bake it.
  3. Then give smoke of coal.
  4. Serve with onion and tomato rings.

Malai Seekh Kabab is BBQ Dish. It is also very Popular & Common Dish in Pakistan. It is usually prepared in Eid-ul-Adha. It is Delicious Dish, served with Raita, Paratha or Naan.
