Ingredients:
- Mutton brain 4
- Onion chopped 1-1/2 cup
- Tomatoes chopped 3
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2-3
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Clean mutton brains and take out veins.
- Now heat oil and fry onion until golden.
- Then put ginger garlic paste with salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice, tomatoes and yogurt and fry it nicely.
- Now put brain and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then put kasoori methi, coriander leaves and green chilies and serve with naan.
Karahi Maghaz is Delicious & Tasty Delicious. It is Popular Dish in Restaurants of Pakistan. It is served with Naan or Paratha.
