Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Boiled macaroni 1 packet
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Ginger 1
- Capsicum 1
- Green onions 2
- Green chilies 2
- Garlic cloves 4
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black pepepr 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry chicken on high flame.
- Now cut capsicum, green onion and cabbage in lengthwise.
- Then also cur ginger, garlic and green chilies in lengthwise.
- When water of chicken dries, add chopped vegetables and cook on high flame for 1 minute.Then put black pepper, salt, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and red chili powder, mix it nicely and close stove.
- Then take out in dish, mix boiled macaroni, put cheddar cheese and serve.
