Ingredients:

  • Undercut (thinly slice) 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • White cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Capsicum 1
  • Corn flour 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry ginger garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, turmeric, red pepper, white cumin, all spice and salt until tomatoes tender.
  2. Now add beef and fry more until meat tender.
  3. Then put capsicum, green chilies and 1 cup water.
  4. Now add corn flour paste.
