Ingredients:
- Undercut (thinly slice) 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
- White cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped 3
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 8
- Capsicum 1
- Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry ginger garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, turmeric, red pepper, white cumin, all spice and salt until tomatoes tender.
- Now add beef and fry more until meat tender.
- Then put capsicum, green chilies and 1 cup water.
- Now add corn flour paste.
