Ingredients:
- Bakarkhani 7-8
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Cream 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Rose water 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped almonds for garnish
- Finely chopped pistachio for garnish
Method:
- Put milk and sugar in pan, mix it and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Now mix eggs nicely.
- Then add rose water, almonds, pistachios, lemon juice and cream, mix it and remove it.
- Put crushed bakarkhani and add remaining almonds and pistachios.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes till golden.
- Then take it out and serve.
