Bakarkhani Ka Meetha by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Bakarkhani 7-8
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Rose water 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped almonds for garnish
  • Finely chopped pistachio for garnish

Method:

  1. Put milk and sugar in pan, mix it and cook until sugar dissolves.
  2. Now mix eggs nicely.
  3. Then add rose water, almonds, pistachios, lemon juice and cream, mix it and remove it.
  4. Put crushed bakarkhani and add remaining almonds and pistachios.
  5. Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes till golden.
  6. Then take it out and serve.

Bakarkhani Ka Meetha is Different Type of Sweet Dish. You can make at home when guest comes at your home.
